1. Returns on Food Products

As our products are food items, returns may be restricted for food safety and hygiene reasons. Please contact us before sending any product back. We will review requests in accordance with applicable law and our product-specific policy.

Opened or used products may not be eligible for return unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise covered by applicable consumer protection requirements.

2. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Clear photographs of the product, packaging and shipping label, where applicable

5. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as quickly as possible and include your order number. Cancellation may not be possible once an order has been processed or dispatched. If cancellation is accepted and payment has already been collected, any applicable refund will be processed accordingly.
